What are the training hours?

Monday-Friday: 5am, 5:45am, 8am, 8:45am, 12pm, 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm, and 7pm. (No 6:15pm or 7pm on Friday) Saturday: 6am, 6:45am, 8am, 8:45am, and 9:30am.

What will be required of me?

We strongly encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week, keep a food journal, and weigh in weekly.

Who is the challenge for?

People from any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs. Challengers range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose. All are welcome at Real Results – Fitness & Performance 😉
